How about giving exclusive on-street parking space to St Albans residents who have an electric car and who don't have off street parking. This would be a great incentive for people to get an electric car and will enable them to charge them on their house electric circuit
Not many people can currently afford electric cars and perhaps the money is better spent on pavements or cycle lanes that everyone can use
