Component 3 will finance goods and services to strengthen sector institutional capacity at the national and local levels. This component has been designed to build upon substantial outputs prepared under RWSSP-2, and to complement technical assistance financed by the Asian Development Bank, which includes the analysis and design of institutional structures and mechanism to support sustainable service delivery in rural areas.
